🥗✨ *Leftover Moong Dal Paratha Recipe* 😍♻️
🛒 *Ingredients:*
➤ Leftover cooked moong dal 🧆
➤ 2 cups wheat flour (atta) 🌾
➤ Salt to taste 🧂
➤ 1 chopped onion 🧅 (optional)
➤ 1–2 green chillies 🌶️
➤ Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
➤ Coriander leaves 🌿
➤ Oil/ghee for roasting 🧈
👩🍳 *Method:*
*Step 1:* Take leftover moong dal and mash it lightly 🥣
*Step 2:* Add wheat flour, salt, cumin, green chillies, onion & coriander 🌿
*Step 3:* Mix everything and knead into a soft dough (use water only if needed) 💧
*Step 4:* Rest the dough for 10–15 minutes ⏳
*Step 5:* Roll parathas and cook on hot tawa 🫓🔥
*Step 6:* Apply oil/ghee on both sides and cook till golden brown 😋
