The mortal remains of 32-year-old Jaswinder Singh from Sangojla village, Kapurthala, were brought back to India from Armenia after 16 days, thanks to the efforts of Rajya Sabha MP Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal. Jaswinder died in a road accident on June 28, 2026. The process was complicated due to his expired passport and high transportation costs.
