Two bullock cart drivers, identified as Biji Gouda (55) and Nath Jena (57), were killed in a tragic road accident near Jagannathpur village in Ganjam district. The accident occurred late at night when a sand-laden truck (Hyva) collided head-on with their cart while they were transporting bamboo from the forest.
