Currently, 70% of patients receive blood directly, while 30% still require replacement donors. To bridge this gap, Sub-Collector Uma Shankar Behera has called for creating new donors and collaborating with organizations. The district administration has sanctioned 8.40 lakh rupees for the blood bank's development.
