Delhi Police's Special Cell has arrested Huzaifa, a close associate of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and ISI agent Munna Jingada, from Mumbai. Huzaifa was operating under instructions from Karachi. Additionally, the Special Cell has arrested a total of nine terrorists from this module across four states.
