Consumers in the hospitality and food service sector will have to bear higher fuel costs after oil marketing companies increased the price of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 42, effective from June 1. The revision applies to the 19-kg cylinders commonly used by restaurants, hotels, eateries, and other commercial establishments across the country. Following the latest hike, the price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi has risen to Rs 3,113.50 from Rs 3,071.50.
