The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is launching a special 100-day drive from June 15 to regularize approximately 1.1 lakh unauthorized buildings on its land. The initiative aims to convert 'B' Khata to 'A' Khata, expecting to generate Rs 6,000 crore in revenue. BDA is offering a 50% discount on regularization fees compared to previous schemes. Failure to regularize will result in these properties being deemed unauthorized, restricting sales and legal transfers. Fees are structured based on property size, ranging from 5% to 25%. https://www.kannadaprabha.com/karnataka/2026/May/18/bda-eyes-rs-6000-crore-revenue-from-regularisation-of-11-lakh-properties #creator program
