➤ Black salt to taste
➤ 3 cups chilled water 💧

👉 *Step 1:* In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, chickpeas, salt, chili powder, and chaat masala.
👉 *Step 2:* Blend mint leaves, coriander, green chilies, ginger, tamarind pulp, cumin powder, black salt, and water until smooth. Strain if needed.
👉 *Step 3:* Chill the spicy pani for 15–20 minutes for best taste. ❄️
