Kothimbir vadi / कोथिंबीर वडी आता यात काय खास, आम्ही नेहमीच करतो असं म्हणाल पण ही जरा वेगळी आहे. डाळी आणि थोडेसे तांदूळ भिजवून वाटून त्यात कोथिंबीर कालवून केली आहे. छान पापुद्रे सुटतात. करून बघा नक्की. . I soaked some lentils and a little rice, ground them nicely, and mixed in plenty of fresh coriander to make this. It’s delicious, but the special thing is that it develops lovely crispy layers! Ingredients Chana dal – 1⁄2 cup Moong dal – 1⁄2 cup Rice – 1⁄4 cup Fresh coriander – 1 cup, finely chopped Green chillies Ginger – 1-inch piece Cumin – 1 tsp Salt – to taste Water – as required Oil – for cooking Procedure Wash the chana dal, moong dal and rice thoroughly and soak them together for 2-3 hours. Drain the water and grind the soaked mixture with green chillies, ginger and cumin to a slightly coarse, thick batter.
