Whisk curd & sugar till smooth . 2. Add oil , vanilla & 1/4 cup milk . Mix well . 3. Sieve maida , baking powder & soda twice . 4. Add dry to wet , gently fold in . ( Add rest of milk if needed , for smooth thick batter ) 5. Pour in a greased tin . Level smoothly . 6. Bake for 35-40 mins at 180 ° C preheated oven . 7. Check with toothpick . Cool 10 mins . Invert & cool before frosting .
