The Odisha Meteorological Department has issued a yellow warning for Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj districts due to a depression over South Jharkhand and North Odisha. Light to moderate rainfall is expected across many parts of the state in the next 24 hours. So far, Odisha has recorded 324.2 mm of rainfall since June 1, which is 22% above normal. Sonepur recorded the highest rainfall, while Kalahandi, Sundargarh, and Nabarangpur are still experiencing a deficit.
