🍛🌙 *Paneer Bhurji with Roti* 😍✨
🛒 *Ingredients:*
➤ 200g paneer (crumbled) 🧀
➤ 1 chopped onion 🧅
➤ 2 chopped tomatoes 🍅
➤ 1 green chilli 🌶️
➤ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 💛
➤ 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 🌶️
➤ 1/2 tsp garam masala ✨
➤ Salt as per taste 🧂
➤ 1 tbsp oil 🫒
➤ Fresh coriander 🌿
👩🍳 *Method:*
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
2️⃣ Add green chilli and tomatoes; cook until soft.
3️⃣ Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
4️⃣ Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
5️⃣ Cook for 3–4 minutes and garnish with coriander.
6️⃣ Serve hot with fresh rotis or parathas. 😋
