Public Advisory | FASTag Annual Pass Scam Alert
The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), through its National Cybercrime Threat Analytics Unit (NCTAU), has detected fraudulent websites impersonating NHAI FASTag Annual Pass services.
These fake websites are being promoted via Google Ads and search engine manipulation, often appearing at the top of search results for keywords like “FASTag annual pass” and “FASTag recharge”.
They closely resemble official NHAI platforms and mislead users into making payments for non-existent FASTag Annual Passes, leading to financial loss.
Important Advisory for Citizens:
• FASTag Annual Pass services are available only through the official NHAI website, Rajmarg Yatra App, or authorized bank apps/websites
• Always verify website URLs before entering personal or payment details
• Do not trust websites or ads solely because they appear on top of search results
• Avoid payments on unknown or suspicious websites, especially via QR codes

Online shopping mein refund ka issue aajkal ek naya scam trap ban chuka hai.
Sirf ek galat customer care number par call karna aapko financial loss mein daal sakta hai.
Scammers Google par fake customer support numbers ko promote karte hain aur refund ke naam par screen sharing apps download karwa kar phone ka access le lete hain.
Iske baad refund ke बजाय account se paise nikal jaate hain, yaad rakhein:
• Customer support se baat sirf official website ya app ke through karein
• Koi bhi genuine company screen share nahi karwati
• Refund ke liye kabhi UPI PIN ya OTP share nahi hota
Ek chhoti si galti bada nuksaan kara sakti hai, isliye verify karna zaroori hai.

Image misuse aur morphing ke cases mein photos ko edit karke ya galat context mein use karke public shaming, cyberbullying aur mental trauma diya jaata hai.
Parents ke liye zaroori hai ki woh bachchon ko sirf mana na karein, balki unhe samjhaayein ki online photo share hone ke baad us par control nahi rehta.
Bachchon ko yeh confidence milna chahiye ki agar koi image misuse ho ya koi situation uncomfortable lage, toh woh bina dare turant kisi trusted adult ko bata sakte hain.
