Ingredients:
6-8 steamed idlis
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup mixed veggies (carrots, peas)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves for garnish
Lemon juice for that extra zing
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add mixed veggies, turmeric, and garam masala, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Cut the steamed idlis into pieces and add them to the pan. Toss well so the idlis soak up all the flavors.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice for a tangy kick!
