On 6th June 2026: In Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Maharashtra, Police Sub-Inspector Sandeep Kadam, attached to the Deccan Police Station, was accused of misconduct during night patrol duty at a café on Shirole Road. According to reports and CCTV footage that later went viral, Kadam allegedly entered the café, used his baton to knock down coffee glasses and food items, ordered customers to leave, and behaved abusively toward staff. Pune Police took disciplinary action and suspended him after the incident came under scrutiny. #maharashtra
