Are your calls being forwarded to someone else’s phone without your knowledge? Through Call Forwarding Scams, cyber criminals use fake customer care calls, phishing links, USSD codes, and social engineering tactics to trick users into diverting their calls to fraudsters’ numbers. To reduce this risk, the Ministry of Communications, Department of Telecommunications has introduced a new safety measure.
