Daily scene at AT Road, Milk Parlour area near SBI Bazaar Branch to Rehman Road, Jorhat:
The entire footpath is blocked by illegally parked bikes and thelas.
Where will a normal person walk?
Pedestrians are forced onto the busy main road — risking their lives every day. This is extremely unsafe.
Footpaths = For PEDESTRIANS, not parking.
