Creator & Community Management

On-board and educate aspiring users through creator programs that will ultimately build the creator communities on ShareChat & Moj. Facilitate creator growth & promote capabilities on the platforms, and ensure creator engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Maintain user-feedback loop for continuous improvement
Grow and manage diverse language and interest based communities

Content Strategy and R&D

Create an effective mechanism inside the overall content strategy and operations network to turn content ideas into reality
Narrow down the content gap and improve original content on the platforms through internal and external research & analysis
Identify KOLs, their strengths, and connect them with ShareChat & Moj audience to strategise key campaigns and build IPs to enable user engagement and overall consumption.

Content and Product Operations

Identify trends and capitalize on them by prioritizing in terms of reach and buzz across our overall user base keeping the content fresh and ahead of the curve
Execute end to end challenges and trends on ShareChat and Moj right from ideating them to driving participation, creating buzz, and gratifying the winners
Coordinating with Product, Growth & Business Development teams for Product Operations. Design SOPs and strive for process excellence using a data-driven approach

Chatroom and Livestream Operations

Identify innovative ways to drive collaboration & community building among creators using the audio chatroom feature on ShareChat and the Livestream feature on Moj
Make these features a valuable proposition for the creators by driving monetization opportunities for them
Develop programs & curate content plans to train the creators on using these features to drive engagement. Liaison with partners to identify the best creators aligned to the strategy & guidelines of the platforms

Trust & Safety

Entrusted with safeguarding our users' experiences on ShareChat and Moj by keeping a vigilant eye on any actions that are against our community guidelines
Being the voice of the consumer and carry their feedback and suggestions to the relevant stakeholders within the organization to provide insights that can aid in the product development
Put in proactive and reactive mechanisms to identify and tackle undesirable users and behaviours on the platforms
