Andhra Pradesh officials have once again intruded into the Kotia region of Odisha's Koraput district. Led by the Salur Tehsildar, the team entered Fatusineri and Fagunsineri villages to collect voter data under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) program. To counter these repeated unauthorized entries and monitor border movements, the Koraput district administration has decided to construct permanent gates and check-posts at three strategic locations.
