A high-speed truck (Hyva) veered off the road and plunged into the Puri Main Canal near Sandhapur, Barang, late Thursday night. The accident occurred when the driver allegedly fell asleep at the wheel, causing the vehicle to hit a tree before crashing into the canal. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. The driver fled the scene after the incident.
