Renowned constitutional expert and Padma Bhushan awardee Dr. Subhash Kashyap passed away at the age of 97 in New Delhi due to a heart attack. He served as the Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha from 1984 to 1990. A prolific author, he wrote over 100 books and 500 research papers on the Indian Constitution and parliamentary procedures.
