The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has intensified its investigation into the death of GRP constable Soumya Ranjan, suspecting a deep-rooted conspiracy. Several high-ranking officials including Crime Branch DSP Ratnaprabha Satapathy, Zone-4 ACP Abhimanyu Nayak, and Soumya’s girlfriend have been interrogated.
