For the first time, Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) is organizing a three-day Raja Mahotsav at the Baliyatra ground. The festival features 30 swings, 60 stalls, and daily cultural programs from 10 AM to 8 PM. A major highlight is the provision of free traditional cakes (pitha) for visitors.
