A 49-year-old police constable named Paresh Samal was arrested and suspended for allegedly attempting to rape a female sanitation worker inside the Boxibazar Police Lines in Cuttack. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning while the victim was performing her duties. Following her complaint at the Cantonment Police Station, the accused was apprehended from his rented house in Deulasahi and forwarded to court.
