India has launched 'Operation Amistad' to provide humanitarian aid to earthquake-hit Venezuela. Two Indian Air Force C-17 Globemaster aircraft carrying 35 tons of relief materials and a 41-member Army medical team departed from Hindon Airbase. The aid includes 6 tons of medicines and two 'BHISHM Cubes'—indigenous modular medical centers capable of treating 200 critical patients simultaneously in a field hospital setup. External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar reaffirmed India's commitment as a first responder during global natural disasters. https://sambad.in/india-and-beyond/armys-portable-field-hospital-to-be-deployed-in-earthquake-hit-venezuela-12109505 #creator program
