India and Venezuela have committed to a long-term energy partnership following high-level talks between PM Narendra Modi and Venezuelan Executive VP Delcy Rodriguez. Venezuela has emerged as India's third-largest oil supplier. The discussions covered cooperation in oil production and refining, as well as sectors like mining, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture.
