Patapur police arrested Heena Dalei from Radhadeipur village in Ganjam district based on a non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued by the Sanakhemundi Rural Court. The warrant was issued after the accused failed to appear before the magistrate in connection with case number GR 65/24.
