Marella Penchala Subba Reddy, head of Mesara Infra Developers, was arrested for allegedly defrauding investors of Rs 100 crore through a real estate pre-launch scam. He lured victims by claiming ownership of disputed lands in Kollur, Hyderabad. Many victims are from Gadwal and Alampur.
