A tragic road accident occurred on the Sangrur-Patiala National Highway near PGI Ghabdan at around 3 AM. A Breza car crossed the divider and collided with an oncoming truck. The driver, 34-year-old Jagdish Kumar from Patiala, sustained serious injuries and later died at the Civil Hospital Sangrur.
