Employees of Hatadihi Block in Keonjhar district are reportedly using government electricity to charge their personal electric vehicles for free. This daily practice has led to electricity bills amounting to lakhs of rupees being paid by the block office. While some employees hide batteries inside offices to charge, others use long wires outdoors.
