This is other two persons bill, I found on the weighing machine table in our ration shop.
No one is aware of this bill as we come out instantaneously after getting our supplies.
Because the ration shop employees generate this bill only later to manipulate the stock and supply for balancing the account
What I understand and inform others is,
the total cost of the products are subsidised by the central government.
I was of the opinion that it is either by the state government or shared by both central and state.
When I am like this thinking, how about the villagers and daily wagers....
Central govt subsidies are blinded by the state government and project to the public as if every welfare programmes are conducted by state.
