The Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project is a transformative mobility initiative for the city and it is encouraging to see strong citizen interest in its progress. It is important to note that KRIDE has made significant strides on several key fronts w.r.t BSRP:- Alignment approvals for all four corridors of the project, which was a crucial milestone for the execution phase of the project, have been successfully obtained. Stations work of BSRP, which are Long Lead Items, are progressing well. Station works of Corridors 2 and 4 are advancing very well and major construction activities are underway. In addition, land acquisition for Corridor 2 has been completed 100%, while land acquisition for Corridor 4 is in progress. Land acquisition process has also been initiated for Corridor 1 and corridor 3 after the approval of alignment. Bengaluru’s long-term mobility needs these Corridors and we are moving in this direction accordingly. KRIDE remains firmly committed to delivering citizen-centric urban mobility infrastructure for Bengaluru. The organisation values and appreciates constructive engagement from citizens and stakeholders, which plays an important role in strengthening and accelerating the city’s infrastructure development. #kride

The 55th #NationalSafetyWeek was observed across all BSRP–KRIDE project stations under the theme “Engage, Educate & Empower People to Enhance Safety.” Through awareness drives, health camps, mock drills and safety activities, teams reaffirmed that Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility. Interactive activities including PPE races, safety quizzes, drawing competitions, mock drills, toolbox talks, First-Aid & CPR training, safety marathons and walkathons kept safety learning engaging. The initiatives witnessed enthusiastic participation from teams across stations including Hebbal, Yeshwanthpur, Myadarahalli, Shettihalli, Jakkur, Carmelaram, Huskur and Bellandur, strengthening the safety culture across the BSRP project. #SafetyFirst #kride
