*Traditional AVAL PAYASAM* with using *JB Nattusakkarai*
Ingredients
* 1 Cup Aval
* 1/2 Cup JB Nattusakkarai
* 3 Cups Full Cream Milk
* 2 tbsp Ghee
* Handful of Cashews & Raisins
* 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Preparation:
1.Heat ghee in a pan. Fry cashews and raisins until golden brown, then set aside.
2.Toast the Aval: In the same ghee, lightly roast the rinsed Aval for 2 minutes to bring out a nutty aroma.
3.Pour in the milk and cook on a medium flame, stirring occasionally, until the Aval is soft and the milk thickens.
4.Turn off the heat
(or keep on very low flame) and add *JB Nattusakkarai*. Stir well until fully dissolved for that rich,
5.Add cardamom powder and the roasted nuts.
Serve warm for the best experience!
