ਬਹੁਤ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਤੇ ਸੋਚਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਹੈ:
"ਪੱਥਰ ਮੰਦਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਬ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ,
ਪਰ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦਾ।"
ਇਸ ਲਾਈਨ ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੱਥਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਮੰਨ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਾਨਵਤਾ, ਦਇਆ, ਪਿਆਰ ਤੇ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆਉਂਦੇ। ਇਨਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਸਲ ਇਨਸਾਨੀਅਤ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਾਂ।
There is a very beautiful and thought-provoking thought:
"A stone goes to a temple and becomes a god,
But a man does not become a man."
The meaning of this line is that we consider a stone to be a god by placing it in a temple, but we do not bring humanity, compassion, love and truth within ourselves. Even though we are human, we have become far from real humanity.
