Governor Haribabu Kambhampati reviewed the Puri Railway Station redevelopment project and directed its completion by March 2027. The project, costing ₹177 crore, aims to transform the station into a world-class facility before the 2027 Rath Yatra. It will feature 100 guest rooms, free Wi-Fi, 6 escalators, 5 lifts, and a 150-bed hall on the top floor.
