Agencies have intensified the probe into a 101 crore fake overtime payment scam in Chhattisgarh's liquor department. ACB and EOW teams arrested N. Uday Rao, VP of Chhattisgarh Distillery. Investigation revealed that while manpower supply was officially with 'A-to-Z Infra Services', Rao controlled operations and payments behind the scenes. Between 2019-2024, irregular payments including 101.20 Cr for overtime and 12.21 Cr for bonuses were made, totaling an estimated 182.98 Cr scam.
