A fire broke out at Gurdwara Dhabsar Sahib in Bathinda district, Punjab, due to a short circuit in an electric bulb. During the incident, the covers (Rumala Sahib) of four holy saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji were burnt. The fire occurred during prayers in Sachkhand Sahib. The Gurdwara staff promptly moved the holy saroops to safety, preventing further damage.
