Ten fishermen from Andhra Pradesh who were stranded in the turbulent sea off the Puri coast were rescued by the Puri police. The fishing boat, which started from Kakinada, got stuck 2-3 km away from the shore near Taj Hotel after its engine and anchor failed. Puri SP coordinated with Balia Panda and Pentha Kata Marine police, and with the help of another fishing boat from Visakhapatnam, all 10 fishermen were safely rescued.
