A severe storm in southern Wisconsin caused a boat to capsize on Lake Geneva, resulting in the deaths of three people. Seven others were rescued from the water. The storm also caused widespread damage, including downed trees and power lines, leading Mayor Todd Kruss to declare a state of emergency.
