Six fishermen went missing off the Visakhapatnam coast in the Bay of Bengal after their boat experienced a mechanical failure amidst rough weather caused by a low-pressure system. Out of the seven crew members, one was rescued by a passing tourist cruise ship. The Indian Navy, Coast Guard, and Marine Police have launched a joint search operation using boats and helicopters.
