Kolkata-based businessman Basant Kumar Saraf appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) at the CGO Complex for questioning in connection with the ration distribution scam. Earlier on April 10, ED had conducted raids at his residence and offices in Kolkata and Howrah.
