Chocolate Loaf Cake
This delicious chocolate bread cake is incredibly moist, rich in chocolate flavour and perfect with a hot cup of tea. The soft texture and creamy chocolate shine make it the ideal cake for afternoon tea, visits or when you just need something sweet.

Components
* 11⁄2 cups of cake flour
*1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 teaspoon of baking powder
*1⁄2 teaspoon of baking soda
* 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
*1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened
* 1 cup of sugar
*2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
* 1 cup of whole cream milk
* 1⁄2 cup of boiling water
*1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Metode
1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
2. Greasing and executing a 23 x 13 cm bread pan.
3. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
4. Whisk the butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
5. Add the eggs one by one and whisk well after each addition.
6. Mixing the vanilla in.
7. In turn, add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
8. Gently stir the boiling water until the batter is smooth.
9. Fold in the chocolate chips.
10. Create the batter in the prepared pan.
11. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a test pen comes out clean.
12. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being rolled out on a wire rack.
### Chocolate shine (Optional)
* 100 g dark chocolate
* 2 tablespoons of cream
Melt together and pour over the cooled cake. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
