Perfect for cold days, Sunday lunches or any time when you feel like something sweet and homely. ❤️ Ingredients: • 1 cup of sugar • 1 large egg • 1 tablespoon of apricot jam • 1 cup of milk • 1 teaspoon of baking soda • 1 cup of cake flour • Pinch of salt • 1 tablespoon of butter Sous: • 125 g butter • 1⁄2 cup of hot water • 1⁄2 cup of sugar • 1⁄2 cup of fresh cream ⏱️ Preparation: 15 minutes ⏱️ Bake time: 35 minutes 🍽️ Serving: 6 persons Metode: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. Whisk the sugar, egg and apricot jam together until light. 3. Leave the baking soda in the milk. 4. Add the flour and salt to the egg mixture and mix alternately with the milk. 5. Stir in the melted butter. 6. Create in a greased oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. 7. Heat all the sauce ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved. 8. Pour the hot sauce over the hot pudding as soon as it comes out of the oven. 9.
