Keep it aside. 🥣 2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Once they begin to crackle, add curry leaves and green chillies. 🌱🍃 3️⃣ Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and lightly golden. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw aroma disappears. 🧅🧄 4️⃣ Sprinkle in the turmeric powder and mix well.
